Finally started playing with my standalone Mutant Leader, and my god, he's so much fun. Three very expressive headsculpts, the best joint range of a DKR body figure, solid sculpting all-around and perfect paint everywhere it matters. I know we've seen some impressive entries since the original Batman figures, but for me it always comes back to this. Straight from the comic to your hands, for less than $70. I miss the Mezco that produced that.

I've had Superma in hand at my LCS, I've been lowkey to let people who bought it have their moment, but no, it's just as bad as people make it to be, it's literally exactly what you see in the pics.

I cant get over the S shield that looks like it was made from puffy paint.

Th S-shield doesn't bother me that much. But I do wish there was a way to swap it out with a flatter one when you don't want to use the magnetic bullet gimmick.

Yeah, Magnets are in the actual chest so that bulky S shield is design choice only. Doesn't add any display value.

Honestly, I'm kind of excited for MDX but worried about the price. We've had no real improvement in quality since the first figures, yet prices keep climbing.

did you bite on bvs armored version , i diddnt get the original ,honestly thought it had a bunch of problems that for the money it wasn't worth me trying to mod ,but willing to give it a shot for $50 ,
the cape was one of the things i didn't like on the mezco one but the two china ones ive had supes and bats have excellent capes that i like better than the originals

i feel the thinner fabric scales better with this size of figure , so maybe this one will

Keep us posted on the Armored Batman! I feel like the metallic paint apps on bootlegs have been just fine; it's the skin and facial details where they mess up, and the armored BvS figure doesn't have much in the way of either.

All you guys that are getting the Tony Mei suit you will be extremely happy! The look and quality are top notch and the articulation is improved by the less restrictive material. The stock fabric seemed to catch easily on your fingers but the material Tony uses seems to be snag free. Well worth the money for sure.

The stock fabric seemed to catch easily on your fingers but the material Tony uses seems to be snag free. Well worth the money for sure.

Hmmm I might have to rethink getting this suit after all . How did Tony keep the magnet on if the symbol was replaced, thought for sure the magnets were on the s symbol.

Also, did you mail the stock figure to Tony or did he just send you the suit and you put it on yourself

The magnets are in the chest the emblem is just plastic. Tony put the suit on while I was hanging out with him....it’s a lot of work, like 2hours 40 minutes from start to finish....the results are great though! One of my favorite figures now

ii dont know is it the same body or is it switched out ,he looks kind of slim compered to tonys prototype pictures ,the trunks dont look quit as well fitted

so am i right in thinking this costed out at around $250 to $300
