You can’t, which means a replacement is going to be a pain. Hopefully they can ship me a replacement ASAP and won’t try to offer me any sort of credit. The bandana wasn’t a clean break so I couldn’t glue it back in place even if I wanted to. There was quite a bit of loose styrofoam around the head of the statue. Looks like a packing/shipping issue.

dont think they will deny you a replacement, your case is straight forward one, u dont have to worry.

I had to replace Leo ex head & full replacement for Donnie (didnt sit flush) with no issues. Im sure they will sort u out.

Sideshow isn't a perfect company by any means, but their customer service is top notch. I am sure they will make it right.

I just opened mine and it was broken in the exact same spot. I think Raph could have benefited from a removable head to protect the bandanna more during shipment.

Bummer, I was hoping for at least a Shredder and Splinter. Especially since the turtles look like they're about to fight, would have been cool to display a Shredder standing in front of them. Don't know why those 2 are always overlooked.

Shredder sold like crap despite the comiquettes bring snapped up like candy. They're probably gun shy about anything outside the turtles.

The fact they made so few EX and I had no idea the line was even being made. Literally checked sideshow randomly on the day Leo was released. Made me assume they didn't have much expectation out of this line.

I’m pretty sure SS took some liberties when it came to the four. Donnie I suspect is smaller simply because he’s super intelligent and isn’t as training focused as the others. His wit is what makes him an asset to the team. So if you ask me it’s absolutely accurate. I think SS did a stand up job thinking outside the box and bringing us a realistic version of our green friends.

I had been collecting for about 3 year's when they came up and had bought so many piece's I needed watch what I bought so waited on Turtle's.

Your welcome. I don't understand SSC paid for the license and won't make any other character's so to make the cartoons again would be a great way to make more money. The original's were a great hit and new one's would be like printing money.
