Thanks bud, been a while since I spoke to you. Hope all is well. It doesn't matter about Jason though, I've already taken measures to fix him and have probably voided any kind of warranty[emoji23]. I want to keep buying retail but if I need to mod, I might as well buy customs and support an artist. Still an overall presentable figure none the less. I'll post pics of the modded when I receive.

That would make me want to send it back on principle. But I really want to keep this figure. They wrote me back a bit ago and said the wait for a replacement could be considerable. Who knows what they end up doing with me. I wonder why they responded like that with you. It's clearly an issue. Regardless of what they decide, I'm not giving up my current head. The chevron is near perfect on mine.

I guess they'll give me my money back but I just can't believe their customer service. In SS, one of the S's has to stand for SUCKS. I find it funny that we're all getting different info. Here's my email:

Wow just wow. So basically they are saying imperfections are normal with their figures and the foot falling off is no big deal? The old Jason figures had better QC than this and it's $210. Well as long as it sells they have no incentive to improve I suppose.

In all seriousness though, this isn't a difficult figure to produce. I big man with padded shoulders in trousers and a shirt, wearing a hockey mask. They still got it wrong. Well done SS. Slow clap.
