Here's my Sin entry. I wanted to spend more time on it, but it turned out ok. After cutting myself in the first 2 minutes, I'm just glad I got it finished. [emoji38]

Spooktacular Lego Contest, Part 2

Granite_Grizz already won himself some figs and a Star Wars Lego set (I took it to the post office already, in fact).

stageman12 won a Scooby-Doo set, which I still need to box up for him.

There are two things left to win:

1) The 3 Halloween-themed Lego figs (see pic)...no one correctly guessed my #1 favorite band to win that.

2) I'm adding a new (non-Lego) prize...the "Inside the Sideshow Studio" book. To win that, guess the first Sideshow item I ever bought. Hint: it's Star Wars-themed.

First correct answer gets the item. You can guess again after 30 minutes.

"Hey guys, I just whipped this together...mediocre, I know." Such a disappointment, Zod. That's awesome. Hope the cut wasn't too bad...hate cuts from cutting food. I had a few good ones as a prep chef years ago...nothing as bad as my sister-in-law though, who cut off the tip of her finger while group chopping lettuce.

I don't even remember the last time I carved a pumpkin! I'd like to try again...right now, my carving skills are likely on par with carving the pumpkin to look like a pumpkin.

well kudos for getting it done still! And those ones on the Sideshow site are nuts. I'm sure some use stencils, but sometimes people just put loads of time in, or just have that pure natural talent.

I know I would've had to finish the pumpkin tomorrow had it been me. It would've been two minutes in, cut finger and then:

Nicely done GZL. I know, it's messy, you can never get all the seeds out, and they last 2-3 days before they start molding!

Use antimocrobial spray and Vaseline to preserve pumpkin carvings for up to 2-3 weeks with no rot.
