how did you make the eye socket look black, as it should? that looks so much better than stock variant.
lighting? photoshop? repaint?

I don't know if anyone is interested in seeing the progression of custom figures, but here it is anyway: my custom "police shootout" T-800 using parts from the MMS01, MMS136 and MMS238 figures. Below, for reference, is Les Walker's custom from circa 2005.

Thanks, Yeah man this is the just about my favorite look for the Terminator, you can't get much more intimidating than the Police Shootout look, its the T-800 at his most devastating!!

I really went to town on the Tanker Truck T-800 and here is a pic of the boots which I carved up and sanded too hell. I even razor bladed away at some of the left boot as to try and get that flat look like you see in the movie -

Yep love that pose but sorry I can't agree with you on the tanker figure, no matter how much I or others have messed him up the head sculpt to me is too 'sad' looking and really kills the menacing look I feel. The lack of dead/pale skin flesh tone painting comes second to me in the list of problems cause the 'sad' looking expression is numero uno. Still a bad ass figure mind you.
