I honestly would not be surprised to see the value increase. Some collectors are completists (like me), and now have ordered the gun from Hellboy II, so they will be clamoring to get their hands on the first one as well to complete the set. You never know...

i bought the original samaritan because it was a limited edition..now its not so limited is..now every ********* can own it..and that sucks bud.

Also, the base design (the dragon bit) I'm guessing would indicate something from HBII... again making it a distinct HBII piece, even though there is no cheesey plaque.

i think they are both the same or at least supposed to be..but being made of metal is better since theres not much chance of damage.

the polystone original weighed a ton so this is going to be like picking up an elephant...i think it looks good.

It sucks, but any experienced collector knows to take the word "limited" with a grain of salt. If it's a money maker and there is the slightest opening (excuse) to reissue a "different" version, it may very well happen. This goes for any collectibles company.

This is nothing compared to what Master Replicas has done with their lightsaber line. Thankfully they haven't rereleased my Mace Windu SE.

This ********* is going to enjoy his metal samaritan with light up bullets. Thank you Sideshow, thank you so much. That it pisses off The Doctor is a nice bonus too. You really are a company that gives its customers(at least this one) what they want.
