I dont see hot toys version swaying me away from my sideshow's vader he is a AMAZING FIGURE and just hope for a 1/4 vader sometime. I love the cape and stand and ordered a 2nd one just because he's that flippin NICE!

I've heard of quite a few Darths on here but "Darth Garlic"? No wonder his breathing was so labored and why people always cringed around him.

Yeah, at 12 garlic definitely wasn't on my radar.

Of Darth Boobs? Or Garlic Jr? I honestly wouldn't even know what that arc was about lol. All i remember are buu, cell and freeza. And the Raditz bit.

And Ginju Force but that's only because of the games.

Finally tracked down the exclusive for this guy. Was pretty happy since I felt like I didn't overpay. Then, after all that I was hesitant about even displaying Vader with the severed hand and almost just left it in the box, but decided to put it out for a bit.

Vader looks nice there, TonTon. He seems a bit serene and contemplative for someone that just had their cyborg hand cut-off, but I like the angle of your shot. I agree about the ex, too. Worth having out for a bit because it does have a lot of great details. Seems hard to believe we complained about the $250.00 price point on this package, given what Luke and 3PO are going for.

I like to think he's just resigned to the fact that he'll have to go back to hardware and get his hand attached ... again. More an annoyance like getting a flat tire. Between the stand, the light-up chest and all the other extras it really does feel like a great deal at $250 given the new prices popping up, that's for sure.

That's straight out of the box with a little futzing. Figure probably needs more futzing than others as there's so much going on, but I've found several poses where I think he looks awesome and his flaws aren't showcased. The Hoth pictures with the snowtroopers were what sold me, I think.

So stoked I just picked this guy up on ebay for a great deal. A couple minor blemishes which I can fix. One slight scratch on chest armor, easily covered by his cape, chest box has one strap that came unglued. Again another easy fix to just dap a bit of glue. Lastly one of the silver knobs on vaders mask is missing, but I figure I can take one of the extra helmet to fix it or possibly take a bit of styrene shaped properly, glue and paint silver for the fix. Either way I figure it's not bad for $135 with free shipping!!!
