IM2 7.0
IM 3 6.0

Batman Begins and Iron Man were great. Fantastic starts to the series.

The Dark Knight is not only one of the best Batman films, but also one of the best comic book films as well.

Iron Man 3 was entertaining.

Iron Man 2 and The Dark Knight Rises are forgettable, save for the lolz like Bane and Burd and the wild antics of Justin Hammer. Howard Stark tapes and Bruce climbing out of the pit are nice too.

Oh I'm definitely aware of what a small handful of last summer's naysayers still think about TDKR. I was just surprised to see agreement that IM3 is worse than IM2. I thought it could only go up after the second film.

I enjoyed all those parts of IM2. Rourke was awesome and Scarlett hawt. But it was too bloated. The Iron Man flicks have followed the same path as the Jack Sparrow movies. Just crammed with too much filler. They both have made a **** ton of $$$, so the general public eats em right up but still. Sales doesn't make something good.

There are some great parts in Iron Man 2, I hope people don't get me wrong. The only problem I have with it is that it's all over the place. It's like they threw in every concept they had and didn't know what to do with it. I find that the movie grows on me when I watch specific scenes and skip around. If/when I watch the whole damn thing, it's just too much of a bore.

I think if they revised it a bit and focused on a certain thing it would have been a kick *** Iron Man flick.
