Alright guys this is kind of a long story but needs you alls help. There's a guy on eBay that was selling a DX12 Batman for $190 plus free shipping. He also has a '0% feedback. So I asked if he could post a few more photos so that I could make my mind up n put myself at ease. He went ahead and did so. So I proceed with the transaction then he emails me saying that my payment is being held till the 21st of Dec then ask me to pay through PayPal. Is this a safe decision or should I just pass?

Sounds like bad news. But you are covered for 45 days with Paypal if you never receive it.

Not a safe decision at all. He's trying to screw you over man. You should always pay through paypal on Ebay.

Thanks guys. I guess I just wanted to have another Bats displayed with out the cowl. I knew it was too good to be true. I guess we all just wish it were true and a hell of a deal. :-/

Plus I still have to pay for my Captain America in a week or so.

If you have access to a fabric store anywhere close to you, you could probably make your own cape for $6.99 or less. It's not hard at all.

I've been thinking about that..does anyone know where I can get the hero template?

It's the cartoonfan8585 auction isn't it? I've got that in my watch list on ebay. I figured it was a scam. You said he told you you're payment is being held for a few weeks? How did you pay him?

Close. He was going by ufcfan0000 when I working with him. I ended up canceling my order with him. I might just pay the extra cash and go get the DX12 at my local comic shop. I really want to display the Bruce Wayne head with the bat-suit. Or the T-800 Terminator. Don't know which one though...

Yeah. I guess I was just caught in the moment of it being a good deal to realize that I was too good to be true. Hope you can get one soon bro. Only if you lived in Austin, Tx. They have a DX12 at my LCS.

Just give it a good push. Mine has the same problem but one I popped it for the first time it was much easier the next time. Don't be afraid to be a little rough with it.

There are a few sellers on eBay that readily stock the DX 02 back pack. I can't remember which but usually they are about $50.00. Sucks but if you want one its not bad. The backpack fits great on the DX 12. The only thing I don't like about this figure is the cape clips. It's hard enough to get on let alone get off. The back pack is hard to get off too but looks great.

I may do the eye lid paint mod but as far as anything else I'm good with it. Much improved piece than the Medi I had.

I did like the Medi cape for pose ability but when I tried to spread it out for a flight post it was a pain in the ass to get right. I wish someone would design a cape for flight to go with this guy.

Will the DX12 Bale head fit on the DX02? What's the problem if you don't get the head with the black ring?
