The Star Wars films, by far. Movies I will always watch if I find them on TV include Titanic, Gladiator, and any of the LOTR films.

The Blues Brothers I've must have seen at least 20 times or more

For the past 7 years I have made a habit of watching Casino at least once a month, and tend to re-watch the following scene a couple of times:

I just find De Niro's intimidating presence in this scene very believable and quite scary.

Also I tend to watch the following movies the most:

The Godfather (Part I & II)
Back To The Future (Trilogy) - I think throughout my entire life I have watched the second film easily over 200 times
The Princess Bride
Batman (1989)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle
2001: Space Odyssey
T2: Judgement Day
Waynes World

It's funny that while going through the thread I noticed some have mentioned both TPB and TMNT, and I wonder how we share the same movies. But I think for me, its because overall its just nostalgia.

The following scenes are also frequently watched just for the amazing tone/execution of the scene:

Out of my 1000 plus collection of movies this is what all sticks out, but I could definitely put together a longer list. And for those who aren't aware I am considered a movie buff by those who know me best.

Speaking of Casino, Goodfellas is also another film that I watched a ton of, still do.

I'd watch it every time it was on tv (which was often) and I remember my dad getting pissed at me for always watching it when it was on.

How can you not have Goodfellas up there...it must be a oversight

I like this better than a poll...what you guys are showing is personal and has some meaning to your life...some films mean alot

Completely went over my head guys, I am too at awe that I missed it. My favorite scene in Goodfellas is probably the one you see in my gif signature hahaha. Well actually they are too many in the movie to name but seriously this one, where Jimmy is pretty much introduced:

Can anyone tell I'm a huge De Niro fan . . . haha :lol

And yes this thread is 1000 times better than a poll, and as you said some films mean a lot. For instance in my case every Sunday since I can remember up until my late teens was movie night at my house. It was something the immediate family did all the time together. If it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't be as passionate as I am with movies today. I hope to share a similar tradition when I start my own family

Seeing Goodfellas was amazing then not long after Godfather III It was so dissapointing...So many of us were say that we hoped it was gonna be as good as Goodfellas

I think the problem with the Godfather III is that it was just a lazy effort put together by everyone involved. At times I didn't even believe Pacino as Michael, and Andy Garcia was just . . . . hahaha

Goodfellas is one of the top 5-10 best films ever made imo. Just as good as Godfather, but in a different way.

Good movie and all but let's not go crazy here, fella.

Agreed, it was simply two different interpretations/times based on the mob. Both equally well done. But the Godfather really made the viewer understand how so much can change a man once he starts making decisions he wouldn't normally make. Michael's character transition between 1 & 2 really made you fall in love with him and the mob.
