That may be their policy, but not Paypal's. Refund is always an option with Paypal. If they won't fix THEIR mistake at THEIR cost, they can lose the $376 and the figures. I'm happy to send the crap back to them, but I ain't paying for it. I'm just so frustrated with this whole thing that I don't even want replacements anymore. Whose to say those will be any better at this point. They might just rush those out too to satisfy Paypal and leave us with potentially worse figures with a whole different set of problems. I just want my money back.

That's some shoddy ish. I'm starting to think products made by SSC are the way to go..... Enterbay and Hot Toys both have horrible customer service. Couldn't believe HT sent a loose Iron Man in a bubble mailer. :lol Then you have this Enterbay fiasco... you would think black suited figures would be fairly to pull off? No excuse for the bodies to have weak knees, none at all. It's crazy how much we pay for these figures and how many problems a lot of them a plagued with. I mean who the ____ should have to spend $200+ on a 12 inch figure, only to have to spend $40 more to replace a faulty body? Anyone who thinks that is acceptable is ignorant. Rant over.

Agreed. This has just reminded my why I order everything through Sideshow and only rarely through one of their dealers. Not that their dealers haven't taken care of me or anything, but Sideshow's Customer Service can't be beat. I haven't experienced better customer service from ANY company I've ever dealt with than Sideshow's. :lecture
 
I really really hope they step into the 1/6th scale game hard. I'd love to get away from away to depend on HT for my fix. The DC Batman figures will be a nice start.

Sorry to derail. It's really a shame the MIB figures have so many issues. The head sculpts are really impressive.

That's why i always use them for my HT orders because you know they will look after you if you have any problems at all.

I got my email from EB saying they'll send my missing Extra guns and stickers.

I doubt it. They just said after they recieve the item Paypal will refund me. Technically the shipping was part of the price I paid them so they had to pay to ship it to me and I paid to ship it back to them so it's a wash.

In an earlier email i got they said to email them the shipping receipt & they would reimburse it.

It's worth a try.
 
You know after reading a couple of pages of all the broken hearts that everyone is suffering from the hands of Enterbay,it kinda of reminded me of the DX02 Batman debauchery.Except in this case Enterbay admitted fault unlike Hot Toys that still claims innocence to this very day!I guess its sad times to be an MIB fan!;_;

Whaaaaaaaa? You mean to tell me HT have problem figures as well? Wow from reading this thread i got the impression it was just an EB problem. The things you learn on here eh? :horror :lol

Hmmmm. Just got an e-mail from EB offering me another option. A 10% refund on my total purchase price and a 10% coupon on my next order.

Anyone want to buy this set from me??? They would require a little work but nothing that someone good with these types of things couldn't handle. Would be easier than sending them back to Hong Kong.
 
If EB sells Batman & Joker as a twin pack for $800 (Hypothetically), does that mean you could use that coupon on that & save $80? That would be pretty sweet.
 
Wow...is EB struggling to keep their head above water or something? I can't imagine another reason for a company to so carelessly deal with a product defect. They must literally not be able to devote the time and resources to properly fix the issue. I prefer to believe that over "they're just scumbags."
 
Is that just tape? I would have expected them to replace the legs, not add Scotch tape.
