Thanks for the pictures, Ryan. The boots and gloves do painted differently like the one at Toy Fair? The goggles don't look to me so I would prefer not wearing the goggles.

The gloves are painted a dark grey, but with the flash of my camera they look a lot lighter than the black vinyl of her suit when in reality they aren't all that different (at least in my opinion).

I saw this at a LCS today and I got to say it didn't look that bad. She had the goggles on. Face sculpt is really nice. The outfit however needed to be a light tighter or form fitting. Material appears to be the same as Emma Frost PF. They were asking $350 for it but I rather see what SSC has in store.

The Ah Covergirls Catwoman is still the best in my books as the best sculpted ever. Hope to see a similar version by SSC in 1:4.

Did you say you have Ms. Marvel too? Can you take a few pics of them side by side for comparison??

AH's DC Covergirls Catwoman is another standard unimaginative pin up pose and like I said, I'm not a big fan of AH's anorexic "Audrey Hepburn" version of Catwoman. DCD's 1/4 Catwoman isn't as awful as the silly uber biased Sideshow fanboys are making it out to be but she's definitely NOT worth 350$ + shipping. It could/should have been much better.

I'm going to wait and see what Sideshow's Catwoman looks like before making a decision though I'm really very impressed with the preview footage

You got something against Audrey Hepburn? She is absolutely gorgerous. The reason why I buy AH statues is his art style. They are fun pinup style art. She is from that era too. In the Covergirls series, Catwoman is one of the best sculpts hence why she commands more money in the secondary market.

I would’ve wanted Catwoman to look like the one on NorthernLadMSP’s avatar.

I was never a big Adam Hughes fan in the first place but when he decided to model his Catwoman after Audrey Hepburn; That's when I also lost respect for his artistic judgment.

As much as I wanted to defend DCD's Catwoman, the more in-hand pics I see of her the more disappointed I am. Not only with the lack of quality but with the almost insulting price they're charging for her (DCD is definitely following Sideshow's trend of lowering quality while charging absurd prices)

I really wanted to love DCDs Catwoman too, because I loved the new promo shots they showed us. But, these in hand pics are kind of disappointing. I am going to go to a few comic stores today to see if any of them have her in person, but I still think her costume is too loose.

DCD seems to have picked the cheapest materials possible..She looks like both her hips and right leg are badly broken!? Her face is downright ugly; She also lacks sex appeal and looks like a boring soulless mannequin. As much as I don't like AH's flat, shapeless, anorexic Catwoman, at least his version has charisma...Yeah 350$ for this abomination? I'd be charitable if I paid 50$ for this...Seriously, why the hell is it so hard for for these artists to design a proper Catwoman!?

Maybe the material they should had used contain more of a spandex feel to it. In all, its not a bad statue as I previously thought it was. If they would have changed the base & made the clothing more form fitting, I would have bought this.

It looks downright horrible. Like a mangled Russian factory worker with an awkwardly constructed artificial right leg, clumsily clad in a glossy garbage bag.
You're an indiscriminate statue hoarder, so I have no doubt you'll end up paying nearly 400$ for this mess despite expressing utter disdain for this piece earlier on. You basically end up buying every single statue that comes out every year on top of buying customs. Not that that is necessarily a bad thing, that is how you choose to spend your hard earned money. I'm just pointing out that you always find ways to like everything no matter how bad it is...
