As for toys or not, I play with them, so they're toys. Never had one break.

It's pretty clear from Ternes' post what was meant by 'this is not a toy'. In other words, these things need to be handled with the care not normally associated with 'toys'. If only people could be generous enough to get past the nomenclature to the real meaning of what someone is trying to say...

It's all semantics really. When I think "toy" I usually think of something that comes on a blister card, has minimal points of articulation and is meant to withstand some abuse. Just because these are higher quality doesn't necessarily mean that they aren't toys, they're just toys of a... higher caliber. There's always exceptions too. LEGOs are toys. But is the collector's edition Millenium Falcon that comes with X,000 some-odd pieces a toy? Not in the same way that the Ep. I pod racers were.

Feather dusters generally are garbage when it comes to cleaning (they just spread dust all over) but totally makes sense with this. I'll have to reinvest in one. My typical method of dusting 1/6 collectibles are small brushes and I didn't wanna run a Swiffer over it as that involves too much friction.

It's a static micro duster glove. It takes the dust right off and would be ideal for the rubber suits.

When handling my figures, I just wear white gloves. That way I don't leave any fingerprints or oil on the rubber.

I have white gloves that came with the Master Replicas light saber prop replicas. They are great. They leave no lint behind.

Ok time to be made fun of.

I wear Darth Vader costume gloves, from Rubies when I have to handle any of my collectibles. They are nice and soft and it dont leave a moisture spot from you hands and fingers on the item, and well it matches my collection

I know some use those white "parade" gloves. If you get hot, you can see a moisture figure print that dries away. But it will still get oil and what not through the glove.

Ive always been weird with my toys even as a kid. I punched and gave my cousin a bloody nose because he drove two hot wheels together to make them crash. I hated playing with toys at other peoples houses, paint missing, parts missing, dirty. Gross.

I actually use a Swiffer Duster. It picks the dust off the figure w/o spreading it around and there's little to no friction involved. I use it to clean pretty much all of the shelves in my house.

Got my bruce wayne TF exclusive from my local vendor (southeast asia). A bit pricey but after having it in-hand, all I can say is it's worth every penny. Mine came in pretty good condition, no signs of oil and seems as though there shouldn't be any concern on this. The rubber is flexible but be careful not to puncture. I'm just glad I went after this despite the damage rumors. My risk paid off.

Well despite the images and that horrible review from the guy that has no idea how to handle a nice figure, I am still very much looking forward tho getting this one. I saw it in person at SDCC and it looked amazing. I just hope there are no delays.
