I went ahead & purchased those black nunchucks with yellow stripes. I think that was the only thing I needed to complete this set. They were $13.99 shipped, so why not? Does anybody know of any other exclusives that came with this figure, that's not included in the expo version?

Also, I think I've asked this before, but has anyone managed to put the diorama back into the box after taking it out? I haven't managed it yet

These have started to show up parted out on ebay uk and i was thinking about picking up the battle damaged head and suit. They're actually at pretty decent prices at the minute. Was just curious if anyone knows of any mod so the head could fit the new Hot Toys Bruce Lee body?

The only thing you can do is either make the hole cavity of the HT Bruce Lee body neck larger... OR somehow sand down the ball at the bottom of the BD head to become smaller and fit the HT body. But honestly I wouldnt really recommend either as the head is proportionally larger than the HT BL Body... I recommend picking up a parted out EB BL body too...

Thanks for the advice man. I wasnt too keen on the idea of the rubber body but it seems like it could be the best option really. Will see if i can manage to score one parted out. Gonna get the head sculpt first though, if that impresses me enough then i'll either start to piece together the bits i want or if i can get the money together i'll pick up the whole set.

Okay, here we go guys (& gals?). PHOTO TIME!!!

I tried my darnest to take quality photos with my point-n-shoot pocket camera, but it wasn't working out. Lighting just wasn't there, and my pictures were doing no justice to this incredible figure. So I quickly scanned around the house and built a makeshift photo cube with laundry basket, bed linen, and two light stands. And pictures came out a little better. Please excuse my horrible picture-taking skills.

I am gonna start out with "Feel-Good" pictures first. I tried my best to hide defects in these first few photos.

Im finally seeing some pictures that clearly show what the figure actually looks like! I still think the HT is better but Im pretty much convinced I can sell my Nokia now and replace it with this one. Though I'm very scared about QC issues...

Has anyone here posted comparison pics with Nokia or has both and has a preference?

I also have HT DX04, and I have to say that I find this GOD superior to HT BL. I guess it all depends on your preference, cuz HT DX04 is no slouch neither. But I find that GOD sculpts (both head & body) are superior to HT's. And eventhough this rubber body is not as articulated as HT body, it has its advantages. Articulations at the neck (360 degrees), mid-ab (360 degree), and forearm subtly accentuate many natural poses. I love HT DX04 too, but I love this EB GOD even more.

I wonder why so many have the problem of paint rub on the nose and chin?
I have to say, Im very dissapointed in seeing it so many times now, and Im scared that I will have the same problems when I get mine. I dont care about the box and body issues though, just his face.

That's great, based on those comments I'm pretty convinced I want it for sure. If i could only be sure to get a good version... are all the versions out now premature expo exclusives or something? since Enterbay says on their site it is a preorder for Sept Im wondering if it is not officially released yet? Sorry i these are questions that are comon knowledge I try and avoid this thread i I can.

I can wait for this thing i just don't wanna jump the gun and get it now if they are releasing fixed batches in the future

You can save your sarcasm. I've got no animosity towards you and never have. I actually like you and think you have a lot of insightful posts on this board, cool figure photos, good taste in what you collect etc.

HT's BL line can't measure up to this EB GOD, as the majority of those who have this in hand & the HT DX, casual & Suit BL's in hand to compare have agreed. It's amusing that you're "pretty much convinced" about a figure you don't have in hand, but it's been proven repeatedly your opinion is biased to HT and eye for figures is god awful.

Do us a favor and keep your N96 or burn it, and don't get this EB release, since you're "pretty much convinced" the HT BL is better. Spend the money on the HT BL line instead.
