The figure I most anticipate this year is Captain America. I have IM M6, IM M5, Thor, Spidey, GR, and Tracker on order. I am on the waitlist for the Bruce Lee exclusive, don't know what my chances are there. Waiting for the announcement of Red Skull and Sucker Punch........

What do you guys have coming in soon? The only fig I have on pre-order at the moment is Thor.
But I'm pretty sure I want to get Cap as well, plus I'm really looking forward to see the DX Jack Sparrow!

Jack was officially announced at the Hot Toys expedition on Christmas day, no actual pictures of him yet though.

I'm collecting HT for about 2 years now and I have 9 figures.
I only like to get the figures that I really like. I think that if I would get a new fig every month or so, that it wouldn't be as special as now. There have been lapses of up to 6 or 7 months between figures. Not very often though

I bought 2 a month last year some times more but I'm slowing down now, I basically had alot of catching up to do & also with other figures always coming out, it wasn't a great year for my savings account.

Well I only started collecting just over a year ago. My Girl got me Iron Man Mark 1 and that was it for me. Since then I have 'aquired' (as in I got many via trades etc) 27 Hot Toys!
I will stress though that I also sold off a lot of other figures and statues to accomidate the Hot Toys.
I broke rank and bought the Predators Berzerker mask from Sideshow last week but outside of that one purchase, I am now strictly only collecting Hot Toys and Masters of the Universe Classics. Both being the hightest quality figures of their kind out there in my opinion.
Masters really satisfies the kid in me and HT satisfies every other adult collector urge in me.
Hot Toy have the quality of statues but you can pick them up and mess with them.

I just started collecting HT this June '10 and so far, I have 20 figures as of now & 8 pre-orders. I'm sure it will grow more this year w/ all those great licenses announced by HT.

Well i don't really po figures that much but i think i will do it this time for Mark V, Tracker and Spiderman from Angolz.com ..i think i'm going to order Barnes as my next figure it's just to awesome looking to pass on.
I took the next big step in this hobby and i have got into custom stuff,i will be getting the custom Gordon Freeman from half-life2 made so that should be an eye catcher in the collection..that along with some of the ungraded Kato gear and my custom Dexter.
I also "must" get when released dx Jack sparrow,89 Batman,Superman,Indy(if improved) and Cap!
I can also see myself pulling the trigger on Babydoll if she turn's out well

Yeah I started late collecting. Thats why I dont have to many figures. I had to buy very expensive ones from the last two years like Godfather DX Joker and Batman or P1 and Dutch.
Figures like Leonidas, Wolverine and Blade would definitely be on my list if knew about them when they were released, but now paying $350+ for them isnt worth IMO. The same goes for Rocky III, Rambo III and M65 jacket... the quality isnt that great and pay big money for them... Im not sure if its worth.

Ya i'd say there not worth it, hot toys have come a long way since those figure's.. who know's maybe hot toys will revisit them in a few years

Do you get charged customs when you order from Angolz? I've ordered loads from Hong Kong were I've never been charged but I'm yet to order anything from the States.
I started late in the game. My first Hot Toys was War Machine. As of today I have total of 4 Hot Toys and many more on my want list that is coming out. They are great!! The figures I want but missed out on are Godfather, DX Joker, Leonidas and Wolverine. I'm not going to pay $300 + from them. No worries because their are many more great ones coming soon!!! I'm just gonna get whatever is coming out. Hot Toys please make Conan!!!!

Per year or per week?
for me I just started so I can't see myself buying a lot. I also only buying the new ones that coming soon. Maybe 4 figures a year for me.

DX Joker and Godfather are amazing figures. If you ever have a chance to get them you wont regret.

My rule is not to spend over $200 on a figure, especially an OOP one. I have a couple of DX on PO, but I've managed to use credits and such on those to mitigate the cost.
