That wasn't actually why I hate them. I hate them because they restrict responsible people from carrying them all the while knowing criminals do it, break the law to get the guns, break the law to carry the guns, and break the law WITH the guns. I happen to believe most people are good, therefore if most people were allowed to carry guns, there would be a lot less crime. Think what would have happened if some people on the 9/11 flights had right-to-carry licenses.Heh.

Yeah I remember when they passed that. People were thinking it was going to be havoc, like a shootout at the O.K. Corral constantly.
The fact is, almost every school shooting happened in a gun-free zone. It's ridiculous.
People who blame guns for shootings are just as stupid as the people who did the shooting. I own a assault rifle,two shotguns and a pistol and I don't plan on using them on anything other than the target at the shooting range. My brother owns three shotguns. Zombie protection, heh. I have an M-4, M-16, 30-30 rifle, a .44, .38 and .22.
I wouldn't say people who think guns are bad are stupid. More like misinformed. The only exposure they get to guns is through the media and movies/TV and usually that is all bad stuff.

I sold my AR-15 to get the M-4. Well parts of it. Here's an old picture of me having fired it.
I believe I was telling my brother not to pick on a girl holding a gun. I'm an ace shot.
But I believe in Americans with guns for a much deeper reason than most. Bit of a Libertarian, me. I embrace the 2nd amendment.
