Im also working on a custom Apollo heres Baltar next to Ada's sculpt for comparisons, Apollos on a HT neck peg so it throws the scale out a bit. But as far as Im concerned its bob on

Ive produced the suit and am in the throws of making the helmet here it is so far, please excuse the smurf spunk holding the jaw on, Ive made it so I can place a single (possibly 2 if I can get enough power to em) blue Led's in the roof of the helm, run the wires to flat batteries stitched into the inside back of his flight suit (havent figured yet where to house the switch tbh) or I may drop the led's as a bridge to far, dunno yet

Have to add a ridge to the inside at the top to house the face screen

and then fix the jaw to the face screen

Hoping that some nice even strokes of spray layered up will take out some of the blemishes and give it some more polish.

Wow, that Viper pilot helmet looks great so far! I'm a HUGE Battlestar Galactica fan. I'd be very interested in a Viper pilot helmt and outfit in the 1:6 scale! I really want a custom Kara "Starbuck" Thrace 1:6 scale BSG figure in her Viper pilot oufit.

That's what I was thinking too.... If this works.... Might even in the future commission Starbuck and Apollo.... who knows?

That's the two I want the most! Especially Starbuck. She's my favorite. I want her first.

wonder if a medi body next to the evo could get these heights ? (guess I wont know till July 2009 - probably later knowing Triad and postage) plus medi's arent that cheap

Admittedly not the best aesthetic female body but, I think the 21st Matilda/Jacqueline could be the tall body you seek.

I am definitely interested in a Viper pilot helmet! Plus a Kara "Starbuck" Thrace head to go inside it. Keep us posted if you decide to make those.

Have / had no intentions of doing a Kara "Starbuck" Thrace as I havent done any human sculpts to date. But Id be up for one, I also might have a crack at one but tbh that will be a long way off. After Apollo's done I intend to address some of my figures that have been put on the backburner.

Whoah, okay. So, you're not a Starbuck fan Mooncat? Okay. So, you're making an Apollo after Baltar? I would be interested in a 1:6 scale Apollo head, and viper pilot helmet from you.

Then...maybe you'd do a Kara Thrace head? Maybe I could commission you to do one for me someday down the line? Let me know. Thanks!
