Got my Frodo excl. in mail today. Next week, I am getting my Sam excl. and an extra Frodo jacket. All I need now is one more Frodo and ToyBiz Bilbo.

Indeed. I purchased a Sam from sideshow.
On a sad note, I inspected my Frodo today and the left chest was cracked but not broken. Still usable though...

Sadly the fact that Sam sold out is just one step closer to Sideshow ridding themselves of any remainder of the LOTR 12" line. Once Gandalf's gone, they'll walk away clean.

I was able to purchase a Sideshow Frodo exclusive and Sam exclusive from Ebay today for $100 and I got an extra Sam exclusive from Sideshow to use for Gimli a cloak. Now I just need an fat suit for Gimli and an extra Frodo jacket and now that I bought Bilbo so it looks like I need another Frodo.

You only need 2 Frodos and 1 Sam plus an additional Frodo jacket. There's no reason to purchase another hobbit figure. Try contacting sideshow and see if they have any leftover jackets left? I emailed them the other day and they are sending me an extra one free of charge. Very nice of them.

What did you tell them. I may try that. I still need to find at least one more Frodo to do Bilbo.
Also I need some more LOTR stands. Anyone know where I can find some.
