Jedha remaining the best figure reviewer. Keep up the good work mate!

For me the jail cell Joker is a bit pointless. The sculpt is nowhere near unique enough from the PC version and just looks like it has issues with it. For me the diorama doesn't work, it's too big and distracting. If you get multiple pieces with these dios it will look cluttered and messy, I guess that's preference. It feels like it was a way to get a boost of money for their first release in all honesty, absolutely no reason why they couldn't have sold the rooted hair PC as a single version.

The single rooted PC looks very, very good. I think the paint or detailing on the sculpt is actually a bit flat for what it could have been, and the eyes don't look as great as the rest. But that's a clear great first release on that side. The PC doesn't look as bad or cotton like at viewing distance. Hopefully the magnet issue is limited, not looking like it'll be that way but should be a learning curve for Inart. You can't give multiple posing options and then limit the base to make it so you can really only have one posing option. It's like giving someone a million quid and then confining them to a room.

I'm still impressed that they were able to style the hair on all the rooted sculpts and found a way to keep them that way during shipping. This is definitely NOT the case with all other figures with rooted hair. It's usually an embarrassing nightmare. :lol
Embarrassing nightmare you say…

… rings a bell.

Crown GTG’s hair job is actually pretty great. There was just no effort made whatsoever to style the hair or secure the head in the box. You get out of it what you put in. Comparing InArt’s to Asmus’ in a few month’s time will be fun.

Yeah what I think most take for granted is how nicely styled the rooted hair actually is straight out of the box. Hot Toys has just done shiny Barbie plastic hair so far on their sculpts. Asmus comes in at a close second with their rooted hair but they also didn't style it at all before shipping it out, resulting in it looking like a complete mess out of the box. Their recent GTW is pretty good but that sculpt just has straight hair. It's quite nice that Inart managed to nail the curly rooted styled hair shipped directly to us from the factory.

Better magnet bases, better ankles and better wrist magnets to hold diecast weapons are improvements that they can and I hope, make for future releases. Overall though, a very impressive figure set for a company's first attempt into the market.

Yeah I was kinda surprised how few poses Jedha was able to pull off with that main figure. With the feet needing to be firmly planted in that one place it really seems to limit what you can do. No walking poses allowed.

It is truly impressive what InArt has shipped here. But I would expect nothing less for the price. It’s not like they’re achieving these results for the low low price of $260 per figure, which I think is what my last rooted-hair Hot Toys figure cost :)

My Deluxe (the rooted two pack) shipped from KG on Monday!
Seems like only last week my jaw was dropping to those promo pics.

I’m gonna have to do a full DC/WB shelf rearrangement in order to give this set a prime viewing position. Hope I’ve got the vertical clearance on my top shelf for the dio. It’s gonna be close; I know that for sure.
Scalpel and dremel at the ready for that base magnet mod. Might buy some additional and try to fully magnetise the entire area.

No shipping notice yet on my rooted set but still have $500 to pay so don't mind waiting a little longer.

Toys Wonderland email regarding delay.
Is this legit ?
