I’ve been having an issue with my Cloud where his silicone arm joint is extremely loose. To the point where it falls off whenever Cloud is even slightly angled. Does anyone here know of any possible fixes to make the joint just a tad bit sturdier?
Are you referring to the metal shoulder socket or the elbow joint?
Welcome to the forum!

Yeah I was referring to the peg that goes into the shoulder. And thanks I’ll be trying this out to see how it works!
I had this issue with my Zack. So you're referring to the seamless arm, yeah? It has a metal peg, with a plastic ring around that peg, correct? What I did was get 2 things: a needle/toothpick and super-glue. I pulled the arm out and dipped the needle/toothpick/sharp thing into the super-glue and carefully placed it all over the peg, let to dry 15 mins or so. Afterwards, it should be harder to get the arm in, but it will stay in. Make sure it's well dried before trying to put it back in. If you accidentally put too much glue, or there's a large clump and it no longer fits, just use a nail file to file the excess off. This would be the most permanent solution to fix the problem I can think, as my Zack hasn't had any issues since I've done this. Cheers

Actually, GT's Remake Cloud doesn't have that plastic ring, afaik that was added to Zack to try to increase friction and reduce the wear. Great tip regardless, though!

Use blue tac I believe? I saw in a review that it’s unfortunately normal occurrence. Zack has a tighter joint as a result

Oh yes, I checked Cloud and you're right. I still believe you can put the glue on the metal arm peg, it will just take a lot longer to dry, but the result will be the same. If playing with super-glue is too daunting though, there's always blue tac available.

Wouldn't recommend bluetac on an expensive figure. Paper, tissue or foil will keep things clean.

Zack has the plastic ring, Cloud doesn't. Still, with Zack, the ring is fallible, mine got stuck in the body so I had to gorilla glue half the peg in to reattach itself to the ring. Think I'd prefer no ring and use paper. Wear joints happen, a stuck ring is more hassle.

It's missing a bunch of stuff that's in storage currently thanks to a recent move (Advent Pieces box set, CE of the 1997 OST release, amongst other things), and I sold all my PAKs off, but here is my currently rather small collection of mostly books and soundtracks. I'll likely be moving this into a detolf when GT AC Cloud and Solar Sephiroth arrive.

im an undercover agent in those group,I shall act as a ninja and not blowing my identity. so no pic. but i kept my figure inside boxes,i do not displaying them but knowing that i own these. thats good for me.

up the games means spending more time and resources on product development.forcing the company to improve or getting less sales.Tifa is a hot character, every player(product maker/retailer/haters/fans) in the market currently have their attention in this gt tifa.

boss know the situation as well, therefore we rarely see gt comeout with character that haven't sell by others brand. its always:let them sell first,no need to declare war with others company.hell even i wish playarts kai selling more so se wont mess with gt.

thereare some picture of tifa. but i dont post it here.lets us wait for the preorder.

ac cloud body still ok.
Are you able to confirm if there is going to be a second Sephiroth after all ?

Such a gorgeous figure. My favourite of 2022! I've dreamt of having him & AC Cloud in 1/6 scale since I was just a kid. It's honestly amazing these dreams are being realized. So happy to be a collector then, and a collector now!
Right there with you buddy. These past few years have been good for collectors of video game characters.

1/6 Cloud, sephiroth, FRIGGIN RYU.

It’s unreal how these figures exist now. Always seemed like an impossible desire for so many years.

Bro...Sephiroth looks dope...but I’m more amazed at the VG collection in the background. Of all the switch games collectors editions...which one are you most proud of? Share a pic of that too!

I got back into collecting video games about 3-4 years ago. Somehow accumulated 500+ titles since then. Ignore the boxes. I need to empty some of the contents and move them over to the unfinished side of the basement.

My favorite Switch CE's, at the moment, are the Rockman JP Box Set and the limited edition of Loop Hero, with the signed guide book.

Unreal is the word for it. I remember the only option being those chunky, hardly-articulated, FF VII figures when I was a kid. I've largely ignored video game statues/figures because the offerings were sparse. Now with GT, Iconiq, Tunshi Studios, DamToys, etc. it feels like a great time to be a 1/6 collector and video game fan.

Curious if any Sephiroth owners here have had any issues with the leather yet ? I’m really on the fence on getting him back even with the current prices just worried long term about the leather peeling and flaking

Sick collection yo! Yeah that rock man box set is awesome.

Did you ever buy one of the older 90s FF7 figures? Very limited in articulation, but it was all we had at the time. 😂
I had the Sephiroth from this line. Called “Extra Knights” by bandai. Arms moved up and down. Head could not move because Seph’s hair was long. 😂 but his head was connected to a peg that slotted in the neck.
Check them out!

You really made me smile bringing up this Bandai line from the past. I owned the Cloud figure. He was a favourite of mine for a long time.

We had to take what we could get back in the day, lol. 😄
