Preorder preorder, we went through this many times. I'm sure figure gonna end up being nice, it is so cool that they are listening to us,rarely happens nowadays. I preordered via Kit, but I believe Giantoy refunds the deposit and keeps only 15% or something, so in a worst case if you won't be happy you can cancel it and lost only 5$
Same but I think I'm going to preorder just so I don't miss out. The updates will be a welcome change but the only other wary thing is the price. Seems a bit up there for a non-licenced figure with perhaps less accessories than Mondo?
Not familiar with either company so perhaps it is worth it. Lol

If it helps, they pretty much confirmed on all the fixes we've complained about. Who knows what the end product will look like but at least they're actively trying to update the figure. We'll probably see more updates as it develops.
No update but I hope it's the pre-order bonus they mentioned

I haven't played the game yet (and won't for some time seeing as I lack a PS4 OR PS5)
But I love the character of Kratos, have always enjoyed these games - and having watched the entire story of both Norse games online... I had to get this figure, what a character development and beautiful story this series evolved into!
Masterful storytelling and my new favourite rendition of Norse Myth.
Figure looks good, but the fact that the company has taken the constructive criticism to heart and are moving on improvements THIS quickly have really inspired my confidence and excitement for this piece - I have a feeling this one will turn out quite special.

This thread was a right rollercoaster. Excitement- reveal- eww, neck seam and puny axe- no thank you- what a bland head- what? WB will address all the issues?- buy buy buy!!
Never played GoW. Bought the ps4 game along with a few others at the start of the first lockdown and then only played one before getting into more figure-based sculpting, painting etc pastimes.
This character has always look like a really cool badass to me. Learning Christopher Judge voices him is also a big plus.
I wanted the old Play Arts Kai figure way back when but didn’t bite. This may be the Kratos I finally go for- and I thought it looked great without even knowing about the inaccuracies or neck. That could be the prompt I need to play the game over xmas.
This winter cape also sounds like an awesome addition so I hope that happens. The more Vikingy the better.

After finishing Ragnarok I really want a Kratos more than ever but I'll hold off on getting the Worldbox one for now until I see how the improved sculpt looks, in the mean time I guess I'll be hunting for the Mondo one I think I've learned my lesson when it comes to passing on video game collectibles because I wish they looked better the harsh truth is that we will rarely see anything better come along.
