The 34cm size of the figure converts 6’8” IRL.
Apparently, he’s officially 6’4” but I certainly don’t mind him being even more imposing.

Beard size/shape is totally off, facial features doesn't look like Kratos. All you have to do is look at an image of Kratos from the game and it looks absolutely nothing like him.

Is your criteria for a good likeness that it vaguely resembles the character? I suppose a good Neo figure would be any generic dark hair white male in a black coat?

Fine aint good enough when figures cost as much as they do.

Oh yeah, changing the colour of paint eyes will change the entire facial structure to make him look like Kratos from the game .

It’s not good.
