Got mine today, and i immediately made a small mod to the stirrups. There is a plastic ring around the socket, which is a separate piece. Cut a small indentation into it.
Bevel the edge of the socket.
Re-attach the outer ring. The indentation allows it to sit higher up and give more clearance.
On my glider, there were actually 2 right foot stirrups. It stills holds well enough, so i'll leave it as is.
Once modified, the stirrups have a greater degree of movement all round, allowing for more extreme poses. The lower the crouch you can get him into, the better he looks on it.
Really pleased with this figure and the glider. I doubt a HT version could have been any better, just more expensive.

I ended up ordering from TNS. I think supply on these is starting to run out among many retailers.
This one seems to have had a larger initial run than Ock but I bet if they continue to sell out they’ll do another run like Ock.

Looks like his stirrup has popped out of the glider to maintain that pose. More work needed.

How i have him set up just now. Without modifying the glider, it's not possible to get him in this position. The stock stirrups force him into a more upright posture.

That's a great pose Marine Boy, although I think I like the board pointed downward like in Jaymig photo. It's such a beautiful piece it needs to be seen, I'll be doing a combination of the two when mine finally arrives.
