With this newly revealed Jango, and a re-release of Boba,I have no doubts now that HT will release a Mandalorian S2 Boba Fett with Sarlacc battle damaged armour and an updated older looking Tem Morrison sculpt.

There are many Luke possibilities for future. We only have straight looking and right gaze versions. Left, up and down gaze are all missing.

I still think Tem is playing Rex. Boba's armor is in the show, but it's not Boba if the rumors are true.

For the UK its ?228 and ?33 shipping, VAT at 20% on the whole lot (if your lucky) and an ?8 cherry to Royal Mail.

I was thinking I may order at Sideshow again if we do a favourable trade deal with the US next year.

Guess not.

Simple, just buy elsewhere that isn't Sideshow unless you are getting a hefty discount that balances it out.

Temuera Morrison on some casting site even states himself as playing Boba Fett in season 2. So, that?s confirmation enough. Funnily enough he didn?t mention Rex.

While the price is high on Jango it?s not quite the norm yet. I would say current ?standard? pricing hovers around the $250 mark give or take. Still a lot though obviously.

I think with Jango in particular it?s down to the fact that he?s Mandalorian inspired, which will draw in a certain group of collectors who have to have all those releases (like Iron Man). Plus to be fair this figure has a lot with him in terms of accessories.

I am not a huge PT collector, but this shot sold me. I will be pairing Jango with my Dooku.

Ordered.

Too good to pass this guy up. Classic prequel figure in a year of Mando's (even fake ones). Shelf room tight!

I kick myself for not getting Dooku. I’m on the waitlist, but it’s already been a few months so I won’t be surprised if it doesn’t ever convert.

This is the first kind of "regular" figure I can recall that pretty much costs $300.

I guess Fetts have a lot of detail and have historically been a bit more than standard armored figs but the DX Fett from two years ago was $20 less. Sideshow Luke Snowspeeder was $270 probably four years ago but SSC was notorious for overcharging.

Not saying it's not worth it, and the new HT Luke Snowspeeder did establish that $260 range as a "new normal," but seeing this knocking on the door of $300 did kind of send a chill down my spine.:lol

This could all be down to lens and lighting, but I think the skin is too pale, the face too narrow and his hair too big. The head sculpt would stay in the box though so not a big deal for me.

I had previously made similar observations about the Rex head, which obviously has a lot in common since it's supposed to be the same actor. Way too bulbous on top, face too narrow, skin even more pale than Jango.
At the time these were my proposed changes, which were very similar to your Jango feedback:

I see they've actually made a couple of those changes for the new Jango sculpt. Fixed the forehead wrinkles and hairline, along with better eyes/eyebrows (among other things).
Though they could still stand to adjust the overall head shape and darken the skin tone on Jango, as you mentioned.

Though overall Jango is an improvement and close enough that I'd be able to live with it.
Hopefully the Jango improvements trickle down to Rex because currently Rex looks like junk. Which would be a huge disappointment, because that head sculpt would not stay in the box for me.

I'm surprised no one has posted this yet: a comparison between our three newest HT Mandos - and since the clones were trained by Mandos, they're all Mandos to me and don't even start. :p I dont make the rules!

So of course nothing was gonna do but that I was gonna PO this guy, and I have two years to come up with the $$. Well played, HT, well played.

Rex looks dreadful in this lineup. Hardly looks like the same guy even though the clones are literally the same actor in live action. And what's up with his receding fivehead?
They should use the new Jango head as a base and make a new Rex head. He looks like a totally different actor, poor likeness to Temuera. But the new Jango looks fairly decent overall.

Yeah, it definitely is a lot don’t get me wrong. Comparatively though the 40th Anniversary ESB Boba Fett comes with slightly less and is the same price. The two helmets and one sculpt is quite a bit, and then plus you have the poncho which gives an alternate look, as well as a fair amount of accessories.

Prices are definitely creeping on up, but I don’t think we’re quite to every figure being this price yet. Seems like $250-$260 is about where standard releases are for the most part. Although Lando was recently released and was priced at $235.

This looks super. I was a big fan of the Bounty Hunter game, so I'm really happy this came out so well. Maybe my favorite sculpt for the bucket to date, the rangefinder being the right size really does it for me. Also it looks like it comes with both a dented and non-dented helmet?

Yeah Lando's kinda high for bare-bones but I had to cave on him.

And FYI it's one helmet with two crowns - "One (1) interchangeable Jango Fett Mandalorian helmet with two (2) styles of interchangeable helmet parts (normal and battle damaged)"
