Definitely a bit thin around the midsection, I think it looks better than the proto at all the shows did though. Maybe its the paint

Are those red lights painted? Guess they learned their lesson with the mark 4.

The problem with the Mark IV was that there was no lighting where it supposed to have lighting on the torso and legs of the figure. The Mark VI is fine, has all correct lights.

Oh wow, good call...it does seem Mr. WM went on a diet for the summer...that said, I am really digging the metallic paint they went with! I might actually pick this one up now that I've decided to pass on the botched Ronin and the decent-but-not-great BW...

I think this looks pretty damn good. I already have the Mk 3, 4, and Punisher so I can definitely justify having a sleeker suit. This blows the Mk 2 away, at least

I think it's the way the suit operates in the movie, as it's the same with the AOU Hulkbuster, when you see it in the movie, it's pretty wide in the mid section, but there's one part in AOU, during the fight with the Hulk where the Hulkbuster's midsection is quite thin, so it may be the same with War Machine Mark 6......:)

Not horrible..good looking in the most basic sense that hot toys have pretty much nailed their armor engineering. It's just inferior to the battle masterwork of the Mark 4

He looks like the outta shape brother lol. Those thin legs... Never a good look for a war machine for me.

To me the Mark 6 is the best looking (artstyle wise, with those sleek flat edges). But not the best War Machine, since it lacks fire power, and it did absolutely nothing, especially compared to the Mark 4. I feel like if you took the gun off the back and painted it red and gold it would look like one of the best Iron Man suits, that's what I'm trying to say.

This would interest me but I really don't think it translated well into figure form. This suit actually looks so damn nice in that "what's up regular sized man" gif that keeps getting shared, but I just don't see any of that in the actual figure. It's much more flat and sleek in the movie. The upper chest section is too big and bulky on the figure for me. Not really blaming Hot Toys for all of it, it's hard to replicate that torso section without sacrificing articulation which so many people care about. But the shapes just aren't there for me.
