I have stopped with Pre-Vizsla for a few days to concentrate on Zam Wessell, which i wanted to finish for a long time. As you can imagine, i have used the figure 1/6 from Hasbro, which i think it is really really good even the face sculpt . The only problem with this figure is the body and the lack of articulations in her arms.
What i have done was changing the body for a Kumik one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290900995878?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
as you can see, it looks great. But the Hasbro's one presents another problem, the long sleeve shirt is painted and the gauntlets are part of the arm, i mean, they are just one piece ! so to solve this problem i bought a Barbie's purple shirt and regarding the gauntlets i had to cut and drill them in order to put them in the new body:
If you are thinking to do the same, be careful when you drill them, because they are very fragile.
Once i did it, i realized that the arms didn't fit well so i have to put them a bit more open like in the picture:
I have cut the boots in two pieces in order to make the figure's ankles more articulated.
Last thing i have done was repaint the helmet. I hope to finish it by the end of the week.
I decided to make this one because i haven't seen lots of Zam customs on the Internet. I think it's a good start for those who want to start making customs because its a very cheap figure (I have paid only 12 pounds) quite easy to customize.
