They tamped the cost down quite a bit from what I was expecting with this.

With the deposit/balance system at Spec Fic, the "regular" is only $40 more than Thor, which seems like a much less extravagant piece in comparison.

The aura option pushes the price up a couple hundred $, but that's actually what I expected the base statue to come in around.

Damn! The video and pics on this are incredible. XM crushed this piece. The 3 different portraits and the magnetic field effects are out of this world. Costume is wonderfully detailed without losing the classic feel of it. This is a expensive piece though. I believe that the mailer I received priced the deluxe at $2100 SGD. With shipping this will probably top out close to $3000 SGD. As great as this statue looks, it's ultimately a pass for me. I just don't have the room for it.

With how big this piece is I paid more for the Queen's Studio Hulk on Throne $1815, and with that being said this piece is looking better and better when I envision it sitting on top of a custom made pedestal. I have to stop talking/thinking like this because that can lead into dangerous rabbit hole. They make a Deadpool, Apocalypse, Daredevil, Spiderman or Wolverine. Consider me hooked and I'm all in for those guys. But say damn tempting to say the least.

Yeah, I couldn't possibly stop at just one 1/3 Marvel statue if I bought this. That's why I've got to pass. I'm only allowing myself three 1/3 scale pieces in my collection. I already have the P1 Arkham Origins Deathstroke. I also have the P1 & Blitzway Ledger Joker on PO. It looks like the P1 Fabok Batman is going up for PO tomorrow and I will be picking that up as well. I'm a HUGE Batman fan so I'm allowing myself those 3 pieces and I'm done. I can easily stop there because I'm a much bigger Batman fan than a DC fan in general. However, I'm a Marvel nut. If I started dabbling in a 1/3 Marvel line, I'd want to collect the X-MEN and Avengers lineup for certain. That just can't happen.
