So, take a highly-anticipated statue that caused major disappointment when an embargo was placed on it, and then when finally given the go ahead for release, make it even more difficult than usual to get hold of it?

Brilliant.

I like it, now lets see the rest of it! I'm wondering when this guy will actually start shipping out. I hope it's not a year from PO : /

Unfortunately this is extremely accurate. Makes great financial sense for them, but pisses everyone else off in the process.

And I'm sure this is just the beginning. I won't be surprised as they make more and more statues only available through them. It makes way more business sense if they can slowly get the logistics in place.

Not that I can easily obtain one of these but the Terminator looking eye is really a deal breaker to me. It needs to be a solid color like it looks in the comics.

That's the kind of thing that looks cheap in 1/4 scale imho. XM already did some comic-styled portraits and they were all labeled as too stylized, so the more realistic take flows better, I'd never want a monochromatic yellow eye on a 1/4 scale portrait. It works in the comics because it's 2D art with an added light effect, but that's it.
