When Kitty told Wolverine that both the past and future would co-exist simultaneously until he woke up I took that to mean that however long he's in the past would be the same length of time that he was asleep. But they were very clear that Logan was in 1973 for several days. Are we to believe that Kitty sat upright, concentrating on her powers, while bleeding, for several days with no sleep then?

I love that they gave him clothes with colors reminiscent of his costume. You've got the blue hood/cowl and the vertical red and white stripes on his torso.
