WTB:Custom head sculpt for figure

I'm going to doing a custom figure for a character that I created and I need a custom head sculpt to fit on a true type body.It's a simple enough head,it's just a head that a mask covers the whole head and the eyes are showing through the mask.I'm attaching a picture of it as well as the body that it's going on.I need the head made and painted and the hole drilled in the bottom to fit on the neck.I have the paint to be used that I'll send to you.Let me know how much to sculpt,paint and drill the hole for the neck.Thanks for your help because I have Rhuematoid Arthritis in my hands and I couldn't do this type of thing myself.
