What do you use to light your displays?

Quick question (hopefully): what do you guys use to light up your collections? I bought a couple shelving units, open back, 5 shelves. My goal is to get the stuff under some kind of acrylic display case to avoid dust and I'd like to light them. I am hoping to find lights that will run on electricity instead of batteries. Ultimately, I'd like to be able to plug them all into the same power strip and just turn them on and off with one switch. Any advice you could give would be great!

You should be able to find some nice under cabinet LED strips that run of AC.
