Since this item has been quite popular already and I have gotten many requests for them I thought I would give them there own thread basically to let other people besides those that already contacted me, that if they are interested in these that this would be a good time to contact me as I am going to start a batch of them sometime this week while I am working on other stuff.

If you want to know what I am asking for them see this post in the For Sale/Trade thread.

Also, always I am willing to work out trades for the stuff I make.

I made the cummerbund so it only has visible stitching for the patterns on the front and the crotch, and one line on the back. The pouches on the other hand do not have any visible stitching at all since I was trying to get it to look like the prop on the last picture and the statue in the picture before it. I also stuffed the pouches with cotton batting that can be removed. I used Velcro to attach them and for a closure, Its extremely thin, both sides together are about a .5 mm thick, and its got heat activated glue on it so it attaches with an iron. The other reason for using it to attach the pouches is that depending on the body used they are able to be moved around a bit to position them properly (moved up, down & side to side a bit).

Here are some pictures of them, the pictures at the bottom are of Marks Scout Trooper wearing the ones I sent him (hope you don't mind me using your pics). Keep in mind the pouches on his are on the wrong sides because he fiddles with his dollies to much.:monkey5

The first 2 and 5th images are of the current version and has slightly smaller pouches than the original couple sets I made.

Some of my reference pictures are posted below along with images of the Hasbro version.

The ones on this statue are way undersized but they have the clean look I wanted.

I have already started on this batch so if anyone else is interested let me know by tomorrow, I wont be doing another batch for about a month.

You've already got my PM! :D Now to try and find one of those Tomy Bikerscout helmets...

No, problem at all, I just ran into the stupidest of delays, I ran out of the super thin Velcro I use when doing the last bit to connect the crotch strap to the back on most of them (I did these assembly line style), and the store I get it at was out or a customer had left the roll who knows where, so I had to search all over hell and back friday to find it.:banghead then being gone Saturday and Sunday didnt help matters, but all is well again.:)

I got one and its an awsome piece! Vivasect did a great job!

So good in fact that it made the Hasbro Bikerscout I own like lke crap and way out of date! The gloves are way to bulky and tried to use an exttra pair of SS Darth Maul gloves which didn't work so well with the Hasbro Body so now I have to get a new Body so I got a Buck body new for $23.00 shipped . Its Gray which is why it was so cheap but who cares since it ill be covered up by the Hasbro armor and it should be compadable . I also have to by black velcro and some black electrical tape to give the chest armor a nice snug fit and the tape is for the next post bulb
to add some bulk to it in case the Helmet hole is too big for the buld.

At least these are easy upgrades! Thanks for making me spend more money!

Its worth tough , its a great piece and this was a great transaction.

I should have the Buck body later this week.

Hey Dorgs - what did you use for boots? I've had an almost finished Scout for 2-3 years....hung up because I can't find decent boots for it. If I can find good boots I'll have to plunge for Vivisect's cumberbund set as well :naughty

Well the boots are just a pair of german marching boots sprayed white.. as for the pistols and bells, I have made spare so if folks want em let me know.

:)

I am gonna make mine out of a bit of sculpty and the gloves are Dragon I think, some tactical gloves. They are not movie accurate but that does not bother me
