The H2’s have started to ship. Looks like nothing has changed and doesn’t look like warlock at all. Will wait for YouTube vids before I decide if I want to go forward. Should have jumped on that Harper h2 sculpt.

The Halloween kills figure that @mabry_monsters @tinela_sixthscale_tailoring_ and I put together came out really well. I think my favorite 1:6 piece we’ve come out with so far. And this is the production sample! Can’t wait for you all to get your hands on one!

I guess so? I mean the Kills version is 200 USD instead of 130-150
and he said this is his favourite piece in their 1:6 series so far.
So maybe it really is going to look that good or this single production sample is just a 'whats possible without restrictions' sample
and then it still has to be downgraded for mass production. I dont know.
I hope that it actually looks like that, because it looks really good.

Not my photos , i came across these on instagram. i think it's in major need of a body swap.

The parts look decent but those coveralls are horribly fitted in those photos. That would probably be an easy fix with some futzing. But straight out of the box... that is not a $200plus figure.

Those are the first in-hand pictures I have seen and I am impressed. As with all trick or treat studios figures they do require a body swap. That is fine by me. Maybe by there 10th Myers figure release they'll get the bodies right. I always have this in the back of my mind that we as collectors and Halloween fans are getting licensed legit figures now. Not $800 customs. So I'm cool with that.

Just got in the Halloween 2 release. Happy overall!

Pros:
Body articulation offers a bunch of pose options
Sculpt overall is nicely done, lots of small details
The suit has a bunch of dry brushing that is pretty subtle but adds to it
I didn't think the fit was bad at all, didn't want the "skinny jean" version where it would be too fitted

Cons:
(Minor gripes on my part)
Would have preferred the mailer not to list what the box contained. I'm sure many of us have to deal with package theft, this would have been a blinking "steal me" sign if I wasn't home.
The pumpkin...super well sculpted...however I didn't know that the pumpkin only opened a bit. I opened it to a point, did it a bit more and snapped off a hidden stop-pin, d'oh.
Ankle joints could be a smidge tighter, might use a stand for a more dynamic pose.

Neutral:
Fitting of the mask on the head is slightly snug, not much of an option to align it if you want the eyes to be centered in the eye slits. Got some nice shadowing though right out of the box.

Sculpt not that bad. Not warlock, but miraculously, the pics here make it look a lot better than what tots was showing off.

Those coveralls, Jesus. I wonder if it’s the shoulders or the body needs some padding.

Nose seems too thin, otherwise looks pretty on point. Not sure what reference was used for the nose.

NECA captured the shape of the nose more.

The original TOTS proto looked closer.
