The term hardcore gets thrown around a lot in the US but this band pretty much stays true to the definition.

Yeah, today's definition is very different. I always put punk and hardcore together though.

Being old I'm a fan of old school punk: Sex Pistols, Clash, Damned, Minor Threat, Fugazi, Black Flag, Dead Kennedys, Ramones, Bad Brains, Stooges, Germs, and on and on.

For me, Never Mind the Bollocks is one of the greatest albums ever.

While the Sex Pistols were one of the first punk bands I listened to, they don't compare to Black Flag, Stooges and Minor Threat IMO.
