Bobby is an amazing sculptor and sculpted the head himself. I believe this is a commission for someone who owned the original costume.

Bobby has a company with another amazingly talented artist Bob Dullam. Mr. Dullam is also an amazing sculptor fabricator and built a full size FULLY FUNCTIONAL Tumbler from Batman. Here's a link to their website:
