SS, are you severely limiting Galactus orders with ADs?

I have heard from 3 different authorized dealers that Sideshow is severely restricting the number of orders they can place for Galactus.

Can someone at SS confirm if this is true, and if so, explain why?

That would be my guess. No ex and restricted authorized dealer sales = more people preorder through Sideshow.
