I am in Iraq and i purchased the Snake eyes dio and i read on here that pieces were missing from the box..my wife was prego and said the box was too heavy..I called SS and they paid for the return shipping and gave me a full refund after the 30 days return was up....because i was in Iraq, they hooked me up.
