Now that it's clear that Warner Bros. and/or Miller aren't licensing Fury Road, is it possible a company might step up and make unlicensed figures? I think I saw a Django and a Maximus that both looked pretty great

I'd say that there is a very strong chance that we see an unofficial Hardy Max.
