Sad news. :( I enjoyed reading his reviews, even if I didn't always agree with them.

I disagreed with him at times, but when it comes down to it, he was one of the best, if not THE best. He'll be missed, for sure.

His critical and sometimes controversial insight went beyond the silver screen. Loved reading his commentary on society, politics, religion, etc. RIP :(

Wow...what a shock....was hearing on Stern that he was planning to scale down his reviews on movies......sad news

RIP Roger Ebert.

"So on this day of reflection I say again, thank you for going on this journey with me. I'll see you at the movies." - Roger Ebert

"No good film is too long, and no bad movie is short enough.”

Shame. I didn't agree with him at all during his final years. But he was a part of it all. He will be missed.
