Well, theres actually not much difference at all in the versions. The only real difference is a change in the shirt/jacket & harness. And the belt on re 4 looks like the belts you can get for $3 shipped. lockrock ebays these pieces every now and then

The exact date I don't know but it was likely during the first week of last month, there are lots of pages that talked about that interview in google...
