Hey guys and gals. Was wondering how to remove paint from a rubber body without damaging it or changing color tone. I have a John Matrix body and I'd like to remove the camo paint.

I used white spirits on the Matrix body after reading about it from another thread and it turned out fine. It leaves the body colour much lighter, so even though you'll remove the camo paint you'll also remove the skin tone paint.

Nice, but that would lead to my next question then; what would you use to repaint the tan onto the body? I'd imagine regular acrylics even lightly airbrushed would crack with movement?

Don't use rubber paints, I tried it. However what I haven't tried is finding a company who makes oil dyes like I use on leather. Since my oil dyes stain anything!
