Question about Thor PF

I have received a Thor PF EX from a seller here. It number is 44/500. But the base is very weird, it is very light (I think less than a pound and feels like it is empty inside). Is it normal? Other part of the statue looks normal.

Yeh base is supposed to be lighter than it looks.
