Question about Hot Toys Rocky

Has anyone replaced the rubber body on Rocky with one of the muscle True Types? How did it work? Got pics?

I didn't do it with Rocky but I had to port a Rambo II head to a First Blood head due to deterioration and it looks ok, even though the skin tone is a little off.
