And here she is! The wife's statue grail. Lol Prime 1 Wonder Woman 1/2 scale statue. #236 of 750. Detail is beyond anything I have seen previously. Talking museum quality Gal Gadot here. Lol The method they used for the skin is next level. Feels real! The wife is beyond stoked and I'm just grateful to have her in the family collection. Unboxing and assembly video with some cool music coming tomorrow!

Well I finally caved and bought this. I just had to have this piece, and now I have the completed 1/2 scale trinity.

I haven't checked the statue all over and I probably won't be able to check it out under full natural sunlight until the weekend, but the skin certainly looks great; however where the armor meets the skin, the transition could've been a bit better in certain places.

There are a few very tiny paint chips on the armour, but I might be able to touch them up myself or I might just accept it as battle damage.

And because of dust issues in my house, for long display I might just end up displaying her in the Bestas without the sword hand :slap I really wish I could somehow find a custom right hand.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the recent coupon code with my VIP account. And I didn't have enough pennies in my other account to stack 2 lots of 10% discounts.

I think I'm seeing veins (blue lines) on a couple of places on the body.

Can someone confirm with their piece where on the body they are, as I just want to ensure whether they're intentional or not.

You know the first thing I saw when I opened up my box was the statues head, and the first thing that caught my attention on said head were the moles!

I immediately looked at other photos to confirm that everything was a okay. As many photos there are of this statue, there was a surprising lack of good quality close ups of the face. But at least I was able to confirm a couple of those moles :wink1:

I never realised that some of the armour parts are actually separately molded from the body. Such as the leg guards. It took me a couple of seconds before I realised why the paint transition between the body and the leg armour was so clean. Whereas with gauntlets where they're molded together the paint transitions could've been a bit better.

And silly question because I can't tell, but are the leg armours made out of a thick plastic or polystone? I was also wondering about the shield. Either way this statue looks very impressive.

And it took me forever to attach the shield arm. It was my own fault but both times I inserted it in, it took me forever to properly align it :slap

I touched those moles and i was thinking what is it with me and blobs and marks in obvious places and i said i better look at videos to see if a fault and i figured it that big mole on her face is suppose to be there.
