If it's a brand new dog, and you pick him up and expose his belly, it's probably going to pee.

The dog is obviously not yet comfortable in his new surroundings and feels very vulnerable. Also, animals naturally protect their undersides because it's usually the most vulnerable part of them (it's where their internal organs aren't protected as much by their spine/ribcage).

Put 2 and 2 together, you get piss.

Now I know you're thinking, "2 + 2 = .... piss?"

but it's true!
