If it is an exclusive hope it follows the latest trends of being relatively easy to get. The problem is not knowing and ordering early to secure one and paying through the noise at the start to see it not sell out.

IIRC there were 3 toy fare exclusives last year, Shadow Pred, Batman and Secret Project mrk IV and all of those were fairly easy to get :wink1:

I think you misunderstood then :dunno

hum ok can you bring the text of the interview some one posted it here I can't find it. Somebody correct me if I am woring I clearly read they were going thinking of packaging both figures but due to demand they have decided to offer them separately and big reason and he mentions this himself was due to the anticpated demand of the WW2 CAP among ww2 1/6 collectors.

Here is what I was referring to

5Q: Then ask one more in the Catalog related issues, in which we all see a Captain America World War II to see the kind of shape that will continue to introduce or canceled?

H: the shape of World War II, the Captain America, will be launched, because the friends of foreign players this uniquely shaped interests and often asked, but may be Asian friends that like ordinary World War II soldiers to figure, but the views of foreign players would like this shape certainly needs to be introduced, Hot Toys should the booking and sale of special channels, after which there will be public.

6Q: Captain America will launch that Classic styling, dancing in the movie is that USO Costume shape?

H: This shape is classic, I feel very old school, it is launched, the original plan was to launch pack for two World War II version, but the latest plan for special arrangements will be two separate independent Offer

Omg states

Captain America Golden Age Version is still scheduled.
>Not a normal release, my guess is, this will become an Ani-com / Toyfair limited edition. Captain America old suit will also plan for a release. (Howard mention this two figures originally plan to be a two in one pack)

you decide I think with the way the pump out Marvel figures its probably going to be released like normal.

Yeah, sounds like WWII ("Rescue") version will be a standard release and the USO/Golden Age suit version will likely be one of the Summer convention exclusives.

I'll get both. :yess:

Thats the feeling I got from the interview we have not even seen a preview of the Golden Age version yet.

Will get both myself. Love having the progression of suits with Hot Toys ala Iron Man.

Again, what this man said.

That's how I read it. I'm looking forward to this version:

Maybe more than the Rescue version. It's about as close as HT can come to a comic book figure.

You know what's totally ____ed up? I really don't like this movie. It's a strangely paced film that's directed in a less than energetic manner, where the filmmakers made some questionable creative choices. The first half plants some great ideas, but second half gets pretty bad.

But, I love the character, Chris Evans' portrayal, and I like the idea of a 1940's setting (despite it looking more futuristic than the modern Marvel films.) So yes, this is the one film that works as a two hour toy commercial for me. Bring on Red Skull, USO Cap, Rescue Cap and Bucky (but keep those HYDRA troops!)

I kind of liked the idea the shield guys couldn't duplicate what Zola managed to achieve. Kind of makes Cap look more impressive in contrast.

Exactly! But, of course if they see a way to milk it they will.... Hell id buy it as a DX if they did it, make a better DX than the new T800
