Hi everybody!
I bought a Neca 18 inch figur and try to make the best of it!
I dry brushed it a little bit with black paint so he looks now a little bit damaged.......
Now i wanna do some kind of oil effect on the joints of the figure as if the oil comes out of the pistons or joints.
My problem is, when i try to paint over the damage points of the figure the orange paint starts to liquify/melt the black paint.....
Could this be, becuse the black isnt completly dry or what is the problem? I use revel paint like this:

Im not making this ofen so im unexperienced......
Also my next question is where can i buy this little skulls for the base that i wanna make for the Endoskeleton?
Any suggestion or advise is welcome!!!!!!!!!!
