Apart from the hair, the original toy head I used kind of looked a little bit like my brother. But suppose that's an easy hit because the sculpt was pretty generic.
The figure is titled "My Brother's Worker" because it's not supposed to be him. Otherwise I'd have called it "My Brother Worker" or "My Brother The Worker" Besides, there's no way my brother would let his pants get so dirty.
It's also a small in-joke because I've been telling him for ages he needs to hire a couple of employees. This little guy is ready to work, but I'm not sure how much he'll get done.
