Yeah he has always had a silver leg in the movies.

I am not ragging on your taste here, if you like it like that then more power to ya. ;)

Nope I appreciate your honesty and pointing it out,

I used some Koto imagery I found online and I saw the silver leg but for some reason I never realised that it was silver throughout I wrongly presumed that the koto imagery was when he got pulled to pieces in TESB and it was simply a version of c3p0

It wouldnt be a biggie to repaint that bit, got me thinking now . . .

Heres a custom T1000 inspired by the one done by iCruise

Bought one of Lonnies headsculpts, its a recast (didnt know that at the time I bought it, Ive told Lonnie and he already knew about the recaster)

Anyway I bought it so Im using it, instead of the existing Ada headcast,

as recast or not, its still more like RDA than Ada's,

nice trooper :rock the weathering is top notch, much better than the Medicom/Marmit? one that looked like he'd been rubbing his groin into the sand.

I have finished a Custom SGA Wraith (well he needs a hand blaster but Im not going to get to that for a while yet) to go alongside my custom SGA John Sheppard (waiting on parts from the bay then will post pics)

Heres my finished John Sheppard from SGA, headsculpt by Chan Ada and painted by Figure Master Les :rock2 The 1st 2 shots are the revised arm hair (you'll notice it was a tad too much on the subsequent shots)

Mooncat those are very cool SGA figures.

Thx very much appreciate it

Heres one Ive finished today, I was going to stick him on a narrow Shouldered truetype when they are released but I tried it on the normal Truetype and I was pleased with the results.

Things tweaked Truetype 38 forearms drilled for new hands, SSC Buffy Master Jacket recut with lapels, and a cast and resculpt of the SSC Final Battle Kroenen, artistic licence on the scabard and knife and the size and position of the Nazi pin

Hope you like

Got round to doing some more work on my SG1 set, having to use the DST Daniel Jackson sculpt which is now on a Truetype and also got Lonnie's Carter Sculpt painted although Im not happy with my paint, it will suffice until I get another spare evening on it or Lonnies Revised Carter and Jackson get released. Ive still to put some paint to the Teal'c Jaffa stick but these arent far off now. There in the display cabinet anyway next too SGA's Sheppard and Wraith. Using Lonnies Kurt Russell Stargate sculpt to do a Movie O'Neill (along with advice from Roll my Blues over at Gateworld) have to say the likeness pre-paint is superb, hopefully I can retain that after my poor painting attempts, also got a 1:1 Zat Model, which is nice for the price, may have to invest in some airbrush equipment, bought a 1:1 BSG pistol and LawGiver at the same time. Heres some pics :

Slim Truetypes and narrow shoulders arrived from SSC, I had originally intended to use the narrow shoulders on Sheppard, but in the end opted for the Slim, I think the slim suits the slightly smaller scale of Ada's work, with Les's paints on the sculpt here it is
