For the Mars Toys Laughing man (89 Joker)
Does anyone know where or if Mars sell spare parts?
The wrist peg snapped inside the forearm, after some effort I've managed to remove it, but it isn't the same design as many on ebay (ribbed stud), it's just one stud that holds in place.

This is not quite the answer you're after, but when I've had issues like this, and no way to get the exact parts, I've modified the wrist/foot pegs. I had to do it on an EXO-6 figure. I shaved off the ridges with a scalpel and used a tiny bit of glue. If it snaps again, you can drill it out with a Dremel.
